824 North Market Street Building Safety Provisions in response to COVID-19

Beginning June 1, building management will require all visitors to the 824 North Market Street building to adhere to the following:

  • Mandatory facial covering needed to enter the building
  • Signage to promote social distancing and facial covering requirements
  • Elevator signage requesting no more than 3 individuals per cab and markings on floors of the elevator to indicate proper social distancing
  • Do not enter the building if you display any symptoms of the virus

NOTE:  The Clerk’s Office will continue to operate within the emergency procedures implemented on March 18, 2020. Until further notice, there will be no in person public access to the Bankruptcy Court’s Clerk’s Office. The Clerk’s Office will remain open to the public through telephone and email access and the drop boxes located in the lobby of the courthouse. CM/ECF will continue to be available for electronic filing.  The Clerk’s Office can be reached at (302) 252-2900
